Will Call Deliveries. No Contracts Ever.

JJ Adams Fuel Oil Co. has a decades-long history of providing fuel to our residential customers when they want and need it most. We will never lock you into a contract … that means you are in control of your fuel deliveries!

We provide same day and next day service to 90% of our service territory. Call early in the morning for the best possible chance for same day delivery. Leave a message if it is outside of office hours. Calls taken after 10am may be scheduled for next day…and if it is super cold, call as early as possible!

Ordering is easy. Just three steps to comfort:

  1. Call 410-566-5000 / 410-922-2600 or send us a email.

  2. Provide a method of payment (credit or debit card). A friendly representative will be happy to take this information if it is not on file. NEVER email or leave a message with detailed debit or credit card information.

  3. Sit back and relax. Your fuel will arrive on the day that we confirm with you, typically same day or next day.

We are accepting new customers.

We are performing start burner / line bleed service (additional cost applies … and please, provide a clear path to your tank and wear your mask).

If you have any questions, please contact us! We look forward to serving you.

Is Your Heating System Beyond Repair, Outdated, Unsafe or Extremely Inefficient?

Checkout the Weatherization Assistance Program

Weatherization Assistance Program

The Weatherization Assistance Program, operated by the Department of Housing and Community Development’s Housing and Building Energy Programs section, helps eligible low income households across the State of Maryland with the installation of energy conservation materials in their dwelling units. These measures both reduce the consumption of energy and the cost of maintenance for these homes. Funding is provided by the U.S. Department of Energy, Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program, the Strategic Energy Investment Fund and participating EmPOWER Maryland utility companies.

Eligible Applicants

Homeowner applicants must be income eligible (currently 200% of federal poverty level) and able to prove ownership of the housing unit. For rental units, landlords must prove ownership and also agree to participate. Tenants of rental units must be income eligible. Priority is given to eligible applicants who are elderly, disabled, have families with children, and have the highest energy consumption.

Applying for Assistance

Interested persons may apply to the local agency that serves the political jurisdictions in which they reside (see list in "Related Information" below) or directly through the Maryland Energy Assistance Program.

Once eligibility is determined, the local agency will schedule an energy audit inspection. If the existing condition of the dwelling permits, the program may provide the following treatments to make the unit more energy efficient:

  • blower door air infiltration reduction

  • insulation in the attic, floors, walls

  • hot water system improvements

  • lighting retrofit

  • furnace clean/tune, safety repairs, burner retrofit or replacement

  • health and safety items
